Release Update
A polish pass across Compliance, Dashboard, Risk, Meetings and Admin
TL;DR
- Compliance has a refreshed layout with clearer linked occurrences and counts on cards. Recurring obligations roll up under a parent row with an occurrence badge, edits propagate to every linked instance, and bulk imports plus default templates understand repeating items without duplicate rows.
- The Dashboard loads faster, refreshes as data changes, and uses proper loading states instead of layout shift. Risk bow-ties render more cleanly on screen and export to sharper, presentation-ready PDFs.
- Meetings pick up attendee avatars and a live agenda timer. Policies and Procedures sync from cards without a manual refresh, Actions gain a Cancelled column and tighter filters, Scheduler bars follow your brand colours, registration milestones are editable from Settings, and Admin navigation is quicker to scan with a fix for the new-user modal.

Risk bow-ties
Bow-ties render more cleanly on screen, and the matching PDF export is sharper and more presentation-ready. If you have shared a bow-tie recently, it is worth re-exporting for the latest layout.
Camps, Excursions and Scheduler
The Scheduler now looks more like your school. Scheduler bars pick up your brand colours, and ungrouped tasks are correctly disabled in the grouped timeline view.

Compliance
Compliance has had a face-lift, with better linked occurrences and visualised counts on the card. Recurring items now sit under a single parent row with an occurrence badge, and any edits you make ripple through every linked instance. Bulk imports and default templates understand recurring obligations out of the box, so setting up a year of repeating checks no longer means scrolling past twelve copies of the same item.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is faster and more efficient. It loads in noticeably less time, refreshes itself as new data comes in, and replaces the old layout jump with proper loading states. Open it, see what matters, and move on.
Meetings
Meetings include clearer visual cues. Attendee avatars now appear in the meeting view, and a live timer sits alongside the agenda so you always know where you are in the run of the meeting.
Policies and Procedures
Policies and Procedures load more smoothly and behave more predictably. Updates made on a policy card now reflect everywhere without a refresh, and you can add either directly from the Add Artefacts menu.
Actions
Actions are easier to keep tidy. A new Cancelled column keeps cancelled items out of your active view, and filtering is sharper so you find what you need with less digging.
Admin
Admin received a refresh. The sidebar navigation is easier to scan and quicker to move through, and Admin cards now carry a subtle holofoil effect (compliance software is allowed to look nice). The User Modal error that was tripping up new user adds is fixed.
Behind the scenes
Summary emails now send correctly every time, and support requests go through reliably even when the main path is busy.
