  • Live readiness, every day

    A continuous score, not a five-year scramble.

  • Sixteen frameworks, mapped

National obligations and every state authority — one source of evidence.

  • Board-ready, any term

Reports for the principal and board, generated from the work itself.

You know this story

You know where every piece of evidence lives. You're the only one who does.

Independent schools across Australia and New Zealand carry the same quiet weight, and the same business manager carrying it. EthosOne is built for her.

  1. Beat 01 · Today

The map is in your head.

The policy library. The WHS register. Minutes from 2022. The board chair's last email about safeguarding. Today the only complete map of your school's evidence is in your head, and the next review is closer than the calendar makes it look.

  2. Beat 02 · The rhythm of dread

    Five-year cycles aren't a system. They're a rescue mission.

Every cycle starts the same: a forty-page Word doc, a panic in term three, a weekend uploading to the registrar's portal. By the time you're ready, half the people who did it last time have moved on.

  3. Beat 03 · With EthosOne

When the board asks, you answer with a number.

Eleven of 26 met. Four gaps. Two partials. A 90-day plan. The conversation stops being a vibe check and starts being a status update.

Three easy steps

From scattered evidence to a continuous record

No new system to learn from scratch. No migration. Three moves between the registrar's checklist and your school's actual work.

  1. Step 01

    Map

Choose your authority — NESA, VRQA, ESB, NSSAB, or any of the other twelve frameworks EthosOne supports. The standards, criteria and requirements load with their hierarchy intact. No more starting from a blank Word doc.

  2. Step 02

    Link

Attach evidence to every criterion. A file, a URL, or an existing EthosOne artefact. The link stays live — when the policy updates, the criterion sees the latest version. One source of truth, reused across every framework you have to satisfy.

  3. Step 03

    Close

EthosOne shows you where the gaps are. Assign owners and due dates. Convert partial criteria into satisfied ones. Run the 90-day readiness check before any review window. Export the regulator-ready submission pack when the visit comes.

Product proof

See it in motion

A living criterion record — not a row in a spreadsheet. Evidence stays linked to the policy that proves it. Status updates as work happens. The board view is automatic.

  • Each criterion holds its evidence, status and owner — together, on one record.
  • Update a policy once. Every criterion that links to it sees the new version.
  • Sensitive records stay locked to named approvers. The audit trail is the work.

Frequently asked

Frequently asked

What business managers, principals and board members ask before they bring EthosOne in for a review.

How long does setup actually take?

Most schools have their primary framework loaded and 60-70% of evidence linked within the first term. The first cycle is the biggest lift; every cycle after is incremental.

Can we keep our policies in SharePoint or Google Drive?

Yes. EthosOne links to where evidence already lives. You don't migrate anything — you connect.

What about evidence that covers more than one framework?

Map it once. The same child-safety policy satisfies the NPCSO criterion, the ACNC governance criterion, and your state authority's child-safe section. Cross-framework reuse is the point.

Who in our school can see what?

Permissions follow role. Subject leads see only the criteria assigned to them. Business managers see the working layer. Board members see readiness summaries. Sensitive evidence stays locked to named approvers.

Can we hand the output to the regulator?

Yes. Export a framework-specific submission pack — criteria, status, evidence references and sign-off — as a PDF or a structured file ready for the registrar's portal.

How is this different from the project tracker we already use?

A project tracker holds tasks. EthosOne holds the standard, the criterion, the evidence, the status and the sign-off as one record. The work itself is the audit trail.

How is this different from a policy library or an SIS?

A policy library stores documents; an SIS runs the school's day-to-day operations. EthosOne sits between them — pulling evidence from wherever it lives and mapping it to the criteria your regulator actually asks about.

What does this cost?

Per-school annual licence priced on enrolment and module footprint. We'll give you the number on a 30-minute consult once we know which frameworks you're carrying.

Where does the data live?

Australian-hosted infrastructure. ISO-aligned posture. EthosOne is built for the regulatory environment AU and NZ schools operate in.

How fast can we be ready for a review on the horizon?

Most schools reach a confident readiness state in a single term. The 90-day readiness check is built around that timeline — surface gaps with weeks left to close them, not the days before the visit.
